1. Processing Time & Shipping Fees

At Saga Group, Inc., each order is carefully handled and processed.

  • Order Processing Time:
    Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before your order ships.

  • Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
    Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

  • Shipping Fee:
    We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of the delivery destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

As our products are fulfilled globally, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking Updates:
    Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.
    If updates do not appear immediately, your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, all packages are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Saga Group, Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

  • While customs fees are rare for small kitchen and household items, the regulations vary by country.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at
service@weciolce.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order is in the processing stage, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Damaged Items:
    If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a free replacement.

  • Lost in Transit:
    If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
